Lynette ensures individuals and entities have the necessary tools and resources to be highly effective; this includes professional development, coaching and support, evaluating and monitoring (accountability systems).

JUVENILE JUSTICE EDUCATION

Lynette ensures appropriate support structures and systems are in place for juvenile justice educators and staff to make certain incarcerated youth receive the high-quality education they deserve.

Lynette provides professional development and supports organizations to establish and sustain inclusive environments where all stakeholders feel a sense of belonging.
